Vlad began his career at Procter and Gamble, where he led the deployment of multimillion dollar production lines. He worked closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver the fastest startup in site history. Along the way, he developed advanced control algorithms and vision systems that increased production speed and automated defect detection.
He later managed operations and maintenance in high-throughput food manufacturing. Leading a large team of technicians and electricians, Vlad guided preventive maintenance programs, tackled obsolescence challenges, and delivered plant-wide system upgrades.
