Solace
Solace Partners and Ecosystem: SAP, Clouds, Integrators and OT
Solace partners explained: SAP advanced event mesh, cloud marketplaces, technology partners, about 60 systems integrators, OT partners and how to buy.
Solace partners fall into four groups: SAP, which sells Solace technology under its own name; the cloud providers and marketplaces that host and resell it; technology partners whose products connect to it; and about 60 systems integrators who design and deploy it. Solace also sells directly, and since November 2025 it has run a partner program aimed at agentic AI (Solace).
Why this matters to a plant. An event mesh touches ERP, MES, cloud platforms and plant systems at once, so the ecosystem decides how much of it you build yourself. A manufacturer on SAP may already hold Solace technology under an SAP contract. A plant running Ignition needs to know whether its SCADA platform and the enterprise broker have been made to work together. And the integrator who designs the topic structure and the mesh usually shapes the outcome more than the licence does. This page sets out who is in the ecosystem, what each relationship does and does not mean, and what to ask before choosing a route. For the company itself, start at the Solace hub.
How the Solace partner ecosystem is structured
The relationship types are different things, and buyers often treat them as one.
| Relationship | Who | What it means for a buyer |
|---|---|---|
| Built-in to another vendor’s product | SAP (advanced event mesh) | You may own Solace technology through an SAP contract, with SAP as your support route |
| Cloud and marketplace | AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud; Red Hat for OpenShift | Where managed services run and how you can pay. Certification of the software on a platform |
| Technology partner | Integration, API management, observability, data, industrial | A product that connects to Solace. Not a sales or support route for your licence |
| Systems integrator | About 60, from global firms to integration boutiques | Design, deployment and often run support. Quality varies by team, not by logo |
| Direct | Solace sales and Solace support | One contract with the vendor; support levels Essential, Advanced and Advanced+ |
Solace publishes no tier names or tier criteria for any of these groups, as of October 2026. Where a partner’s depth matters, ask for named engineers and their certifications rather than a tier badge.
SAP: the largest route to Solace for manufacturers
SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh (often shortened to AEM) is SAP’s fully managed event
broker service, and SAP’s learning material describes it as “based on Solace PubSub+”
(SAP Learning).
SAP released it in Q3 2022 (SAP).
SAP hosts its documentation on its own domain as a mirror of Solace’s, and Solace maintains an
aem-sap-integration repository with an SAP team (GitHub).
The arrangement is commonly called an OEM relationship, but neither company uses that word on the
primary pages we found. The accurate phrasing is that SAP sells advanced event mesh, which is based
on Solace technology.
What it means in practice. For a manufacturer standardised on SAP, “Solace” often arrives as an SAP line item. The broker technology, topic model and mesh behaviour are the same, so most of this cluster applies, but the contract, support route, packaging and pricing are SAP’s. Two things are worth checking:
- Which SAP product you hold. SAP also sells SAP Event Mesh, a simpler service that SAP describes as its own development. Older Solace pages called its cloud broker “the digital backbone for SAP Event Mesh”, so public sources conflict on whether Solace underpins that product too. Do not assume the two have the same features.
- How ERP events get out. Solace lists ASAPIO as the partner for pushing SAP ERP change-pointer events into the broker (Solace), and Solace states that “hundreds of event objects” are published in the SAP Business Accelerator Hub (Solace blog).
Solace cites Danone, JDE Peet’s and the utility Farys as customers using event-driven integration with SAP (same blog). The SAP advanced event mesh page covers the product comparison in depth, and the Integration page covers the connectors around it.
Cloud providers and marketplaces
Solace Cloud runs managed broker services on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, “plus support for Oracle, Alibaba, and more” (Solace). Customers can also run the Solace Cloud control plane against their own Kubernetes clusters, including OpenShift, EKS, AKS and GKE. Solace names AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Red Hat on its technology partner page.
- AWS is the most visible relationship. The Solace Platform has an AWS Marketplace listing, Agent Mesh joined the new “AI Agents and Tools” marketplace category in July 2025, and Agent Mesh Enterprise launched at AWS re:Invent in December 2025.
- Azure and Google Cloud are named as purchase channels on Solace’s pricing page; we did not verify individual listing URLs.
- Red Hat certifies the software broker and its Kubernetes operator in the Red Hat catalogue, which matters to plants standardised on OpenShift.
Why a marketplace purchase can matter. It can draw down committed cloud spend and shorten procurement, without changing the editions or support levels. The hybrid and multi-cloud page covers where the brokers themselves should run.
Technology partners by category
Solace’s technology partner page and its press releases name these relationships, as of October 2026 (Solace).
| Category | Partners named by Solace | What the relationship does |
|---|---|---|
| Integration and iPaaS | Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP, Adaptris, ASAPIO, OpenLegacy | Connectors so integration flows publish to and consume from the mesh. Boomi, MuleSoft and SAP were platform partners at the Micro-Integrations launch in December 2024 |
| API management | Kong, Gravitee, WSO2, Axway | Managing event APIs alongside REST APIs. Kong’s February 2026 partnership targets one control plane for APIs, events, LLMs and MCP servers |
| Industrial and OT | Inductive Automation, HighByte, Aivhy | Getting plant data onto the mesh: SCADA, industrial DataOps, shop floor to ERP and MES |
| Observability | Datadog, Dynatrace, SL Corporation | Broker and flow monitoring. Solace Insights historically ran on Datadog |
| Data and AI | Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle GoldenGate, Qlik | Streaming events into analytics platforms; Qlik selected Solace as an event streaming foundation in 2024 |
The Kong partnership deserves a note for enterprise architects. Announced in February 2026, it pairs Kong’s API and AI gateways with Solace’s broker so that synchronous APIs and asynchronous events can be governed together (Solace). That matters where API and integration teams keep separate catalogues.
Industrial and OT partners: what a plant should know
For a plant, the industrial row is the one that counts. Solace lists three partners there:
- Inductive Automation (Ignition). Solace describes the pair as enabling manufacturers “to build unified namespaces distributing real-time data across OT and IT environments securely”. Ignition’s IIoT architecture documents that its MQTT broker “can be an Ignition Gateway with the MQTT Distributor Module installed, or a third-party server” (Inductive Automation), which is the technical opening for Solace.
- HighByte. Solace’s partner listing pairs HighByte Intelligence Hub, an industrial DataOps tool that models and contextualises plant data, with Solace as “an event-driven foundation for modern digital operations”. HighByte shapes the data; the broker moves it.
- Aivhy, whose DataHub links the shop floor with ERP and MES.
Equally important is who is not on the list. We did not find Litmus, Cirrus Link, Siemens, AVEVA, PTC or Critical Manufacturing listed as Solace partners. That does not mean their products cannot connect. Cirrus Link’s MQTT modules for Ignition can talk to any MQTT 3.1.1 broker, for example. It means nobody has published a joint pattern, so the integration testing is yours. Keep Solace’s documented MQTT limits in mind too: QoS 2 is downgraded to QoS 1, and retained messages, which Sparkplug B relies on, are a Controlled Availability feature (Solace docs). The Ignition and HighByte page walks through the patterns, and our guide to connecting Allen-Bradley PLCs to Ignition covers the step before data ever reaches a broker.
Systems integrators
Solace’s systems integrator page lists about 60 firms, as of October 2026:
- Global integrators: Atos, Capgemini, Cognizant, DXC Technology, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Sopra Steria, Slalom, NEC, NCS, ST Engineering, L3Harris Technologies and Inetum. Accenture is not listed.
- Integration specialists: Bits In Glass, Rojo Integrations, Yenlo, Integon, Thinkport, Polarising, Emixa and iSteer.
- Japan: Computer Management (partnership announced March 2026), SIOS Technology (August 2026), Intelligent Wave and Mitsubishi Research Institute.
- Industrial-leaning: AUTOSOL and FactoVia.

The list is short on manufacturing specialists. Most listed integrators come from enterprise integration and capital markets, which reflects where Solace grew up. A multi-site manufacturer often needs two kinds of skill: an integration team that understands the mesh, and an OT team that understands what the plant can safely publish. Few firms bring both, so plan the hand-off between them deliberately. Where an independent view of the architecture is useful before a partner is chosen, that is the role of an owner’s engineer.
The Solace partner program
Solace launched its current partner program on 18 November 2025, framed around agentic AI adoption (Solace). It offers referral, co-sell and impact incentives, co-marketing, and enablement through courses, certifications, blueprints and sandboxes. Solace publishes individual certifications on its learning site. It does not publish tier names, tier criteria or a directory showing which partner holds which level.
How to buy Solace
| Route | What you sign | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Direct from Solace | Fixed subscription or consumption pricing in Platform Capacity Units, plus a support level | Enterprises building their own mesh |
| Cloud marketplace | The same packages, billed through AWS, Google Cloud or Azure | Companies with committed cloud spend |
| Through SAP | SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh, under SAP terms | SAP-centred enterprises |
| Through an integrator or reseller | Licence plus services, often bundled | Teams that want design and deployment included |
| Free to start | Standard Edition software broker; 30-day Solace Cloud trial; Agent Mesh desktop app for individuals and companies under US$25 million revenue | Evaluation and development, not production |
No route publishes a dollar price, as of October 2026 (pricing). The editions and pricing page explains what drives a quote, and the Agent Mesh editions and licensing page covers the agent product’s separate terms.
Limits and open questions
- No public tier structure. Solace does not publish partner tiers or criteria, so depth has to be checked partner by partner.
- SAP wording conflicts. Advanced event mesh is confirmed as based on Solace. Whether Solace also underpins SAP Event Mesh is unclear, and “OEM” does not appear on the primary pages we found.
- OT partner depth is unproven publicly. The Inductive Automation and HighByte listings come from Solace’s side; we found no published joint reference architecture or tested-version matrix.
- Few public manufacturing integrators. Only AUTOSOL and FactoVia lean industrial on the integrator list.
- Marketplace listings outside AWS were not verified individually.
How to evaluate a Solace partner
- Is the partner selling Solace directly, or SAP advanced event mesh? Which contract and support route follow from that?
- Which named engineers will design the mesh, and which Solace certifications do they hold?
- Can the partner show a multi-site deployment, with a reference we can call?
- Who on their team understands the plant side: SCADA, MQTT, Sparkplug and OT network segmentation?
- Will they write a topic standard and an ownership model before the first publisher goes live?
- Which Ignition, HighByte or other OT versions have they tested against the broker?
- What does run support look like after go-live, and who holds the Solace support contract?
- Are marketplace and direct quotes being compared on the same package and support level?

Frequently asked questions
Who are Solace's main partners?
The most important is SAP, whose SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh is built on Solace technology. Solace also lists AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Red Hat as technology partners, integration and API vendors such as Boomi, MuleSoft and Kong, observability vendors such as Datadog and Dynatrace, and about 60 systems integrators, including Capgemini, Infosys, TCS and Wipro, as of October 2026.
Is SAP advanced event mesh the same as Solace?
SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh is SAP's managed event broker service, and SAP's own learning material describes it as based on Solace PubSub+. SAP sells, contracts and supports it, and its documentation mirrors Solace's. It is a different product from SAP Event Mesh, which SAP describes as its own development. Whether Solace also underpins SAP Event Mesh is not clear from public sources.
Can I buy Solace through a cloud marketplace?
Yes. Solace lists AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure marketplaces as purchase channels alongside direct sales and resellers, and the Solace Platform has an AWS Marketplace listing. Buying through a marketplace can draw down an existing cloud commitment, which some finance teams prefer. It does not change what you buy: the editions, packages and support levels are the same.
Does Solace work with Ignition and HighByte?
Solace lists Inductive Automation, the maker of Ignition, and HighByte as technology partners. Technically, Ignition's MQTT modules can publish to any compliant MQTT broker, and HighByte Intelligence Hub can publish modelled data over MQTT and other protocols. Confirm the tested versions and patterns with each vendor, because a partner listing is not a joint reference architecture.
Does Solace have a partner program?
Yes. Solace launched a new partner program on 18 November 2025, focused on agentic AI adoption. It offers referral, co-sell and impact incentives, co-marketing, and courses, certifications, blueprints and sandboxes for partner staff. Solace does not publish tier names or tier criteria, so ask any partner which certifications its engineers hold.
